English Abstract

he means of professionals have developed.Capitalists، big companies and organisations aremastering.The relationship between the consumer and the professional is unquilibred.This led to create special laws to protect the consumer، but after the appearence of the internet، the modernisation of mass media and the success of the electronic commerce، the dangers appeared.

I will focus in this article on the used ways in this field، especially in the civil side to know to which extent the electronic consumer protection is realised throught the internet
