Abstract EN

The Algerian country aims to upgrade its public services quality in a multitude of domains by losing the administrative bureaucracy, and to expand participation in decision making and enhance transparency by establishing democratization throughout a legal system, capable of achieving social justice and ensuring rights and freedom to individuals.

but this may seem theoretical, but achieving it may collide with various issues our administration may face while performing its functions.

Solutions must be fond and perhaps the best option is an improved governance within local administrations, through their applied of what is called principle of democracy in management.

Which this requires citizen’s participation or their representatives in order to solve their issues.
