خاضت الجزائر ثورة تحريرية ضد الاستعمار الفرنسي طيلة سبع سنوات ونصف تحقق بفضلها الاستقلال الوطني، غير أن الصراع مع هذا الاستعمار لم ينته، لتبدأ معركة جديدة ذات طابع اقتصادي، فقد ظلت ثروات البلاد تحت رحمة الشركات الأجنبية خاصة الفرنسية بموجب اتفاقية ايفيان، لذا كان من الأهمية البالغة استرجاعها والاستفادة من عائداتها لبناء اقتصاد وطني قوي وإلغاء المنظومة الاستعمارية بجميع أشكالها، وهكذا دخلت القيادة السياسية الجزائرية في صراع سياسي واقتصادي ودبلوماسي ومخابراتي انتهى بقرار التأميم الجزئي لجميع المصالح الأجنبية المتواجدة بالجزائر سنة 1971.
Abstract EN
The Algerian people waged a fierce war against French colonialism for seven and a half years that led to independence, but the conflict between the two countries did not stop because the wealth of Algeria remained under the domination of the societies French relations under the d’evian agreements thus began a political and economic and diplomatic an secret conflict, in this climate of tension that the Algerian leaders took the courageous decision to nationalize the hydrocarbons and the mines in 1971.
