يحمل هذا المقال قراءة تحليلية لواقع علم النفس العيادي وللتنظير له.
علم النفس العيادي ينبني على ثلاثية أساسية تمثلها المعاناة النفسية، وطريقة التفكير التي تترجمها عمليا الوسيلة أو أداة الفحص والقياس، والمرجعية التحليلية التي تضبط أهم المؤشرات العلائقية والتفسيرية.
هذه الثلاثية الجوهرية المؤسِّسة لهذا التخصص تهدف إلى مقاربة كلية في فهم الإنسان المتفرد والمختلف، لكننا نجد أنفسنا كباحثين وممارسين عيادين نتخبط في إشكالية ابستمولوجية خلقتها الفجوة الكبيرة بين التنظير والممارسة العيادية.
Abstract EN
This article proposes a reflection on the theoretical and practical reality of clinical psychology, particularly in Algeria.
Clinical psychology is based on three poles: psychic suffering, the method of reflection practically translated by the psychological examination tool, and the theoretical reference of interpretation, which organizes the relational and explanatory indices, in order to understand the individual in his singularity.
Clinical psychologists and researchers in clinical psychology confront each day with an epistemological problem arising from the important gap between theory and clinical practice.

Ce travail a pour objectif de proposer une réflexion sur la réalité théorique et pratique de la psychologie clinique notamment en Algérie.
La psychologie clinique se construit sur trois pôles : la souffrance psychique, la méthode de réflexion traduit pratiquement par l’outil d’examen psychologique, et la référence théorique d’interprétation qui organise les indices relationnels et explicatifs, afin de comprendre l’individu dans sa singularité.
Les psychologues cliniciens et les chercheurs en psychologie clinique se confrontent tous les jours à une problématique épistémologique née de la faille importante entre la théorie et la pratique clinique.
