The objective of this study is to analyze unemployment in Algeria at its roots by identifying its reality, the various programs and operational policies pursued by successive governments in light of the continuous increase of new entrants into the labor market.
The study found that the reduction of this problem in Algeria remains linked, on the one hand, to avoid patchwork solutions, especially those affecting the temporary employment side, and on the other hand, adopting a new developmental pattern aimed at developing the more productive sectors, the fact that will increase Opportunities for market participants, each according to his profile.
