It has been obviously noticed that the Traditional approach was not suitable for security scene in countries of the south to extend security to various dimensions others than Military ones.It has coincided with the end of the cold war.

In addition Barry Buzan has been considered to be one of the largest contributors to the security concept review away from the new realistic assumptions, which focus on military aspects and centralized state in the analysis.To analyse the question of regional security Barry Buzan suggests the concept ‘’ Security Complex’’ , as a model to a small anarchy.

This former notion is based on interdependence in the area of competition, like common interests .From this standpoint , Barry Buzan selects a group of security complexes) similar to regional systems identifies by regional studies( the considers then geographical entities.

Regional security complex’s infrastructure is based on four variables are: boundaries ,Anarchy structure, ,Social construction.

Explicitly the boundaries constitute a critical variable in the formation of the security complex, according to the same approach, theirs, it contributes to the borders stability and to a large extent in founding security complex.
