The objective of this paper is to study the effectiveness of employment policies and the fight against unemployment, including the role of the national employment agency ANEM responsible for intermediation on the labor market and other agencies: like , ANSEJ, CNAC ANGEM, ENDI Also, examine the impacts decisions of development programs involved in job creation mainly with small businesses on easing the path to youth employment.
Where these decisions, lead to boost investment and improve the efficiency of public employment programs related to jobs creation.
