Abstract EN

This study try to shed a light on the influence of different current changes on human right , those changes that has occurred was resulted from the huge influence of globalization phenomenon , in addition , to new subjects in this field of research as well as : illegal immigration , development and environment.

This led researchers in that field to adopt new approaches to study human rights rather than the traditional one.

Thus, the scientific discussion has turned from the problems of globalization and universality, universality and particularity and mechanism of protection to new subject of terrorism, Terrorist groups, poverty, starvation and development and that through new ways of analysis.

This study concludes that the mutual influence between governance and globalization is complex; the latter led to the decline in human rights, particularly after the re-launch of the debate on the state security priority or security of the individual.

However, it contributed on the promotion of governance because it has unified visions and consequently enhance governance path.
