Abstract EN
The financial allocations to the agricultural sector and rural development activities through the processing budget and the utilization budget for the period 2000-2015 increased the size of their financial allocations.
A group of specialized funds was established to support the implementation of this plan and the subsequent policies and programs.
However, in 2013, the various funds were merged into two funds only.
This is in addition to the policy of support based on the agricultural loan in its various forms of agricultural activity and non-agricultural activity in rural areas.
In this paper, various funds created after 2000, as well as various forms of bank loans directed at the agricultural sector, will be exposed.
