Abstract EN

This study aims to clarify the impact of employee empowerment on the level of their work integration, by providing a proposed framework for achieving empowerment for employees, then using analytical statistical method, and a survey to the employees at the Amuri complex on the level of empowerment provided to them, and the extent of its impact on their work integration.

Collected data was analyzed using the statistical program SPSS.V22.

We concluded the importance and need of the contemporary organizations to adopt Empowerment as a method to achieve employee efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring the achievement of its objectives and the organization objectives as well.
