Abstract EN

The following research attempts to elucidate one of the most important humanitarian and legal questions during the periode of the liberation revolution 1954-1962, which are the efforts of the Algerian national liberation front concerning the denunciation and the defamation of French colonial crimes against Algerian civilians, and to attempt to expose these abuses at the international and global legal levels, through the efforts of the leaders of the liberation revolution in order to affiliate and to adhere to the international and humanitarian Geneva conventions signed in the Swiss capital Geneva in 1949.

All this in order to realize the legal and humanitarian legitimacy of the Algerian liberation struggle against the French colonial regime.
