Abstract EN

The objective of this study was to identify the impact of human capital on the achievement of sustainable competitive advantage through the current study of the practical operation of Algeria Telecom branch of Chlef.

The study was based on the analytical descriptive method in the sample method and we took the study society as (52) The data were collected through the interview tool and the analysis of the reports was based on the official website of Algeria Telecom.

The questionnaire was tested and verified.

The researchers used a number of statistical methods such as simple linear regression analysis to test hypotheses.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the degree of the impact of human capital on achieving competitive advantage, in addition to the extent to which the dimensions of the independent variable affect the achievement of competitive advantage.

The degree of influence stems from knowledge, skills, creativity and innovation.

These dimensions enhance the competitive advantage .

In the light of the results, the study came out with a set of recommendations, foremost of which is the need to pay attention to human capital and invest in this vital resource, and develop effective training programs to develop human abilities, skills and characteristics in order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage in the practical management of Algeria Telecom.
