We aim through this study to recognize the role of evaluating the performance of students in developing the motivation of university students in the achievement of education; Especially after the master's and doctoral competitions have become linked to the assessment of students .Because of the high number of students, students' assessment have become difficult and almost impossible, But it remains necessary to determine the level of each student accurately guided to the disciplines that fit their scientific capabilities.
Therefore, through this study we seek to identify the role of evaluation in the academic achievement of university students.
