Abstract EN
This article aims at highlighting the world of short story, as a narrative story with a series of events narrated by the writer.
And in most cases a short story focuses on the way of life and behavior of the different human characters.
It’s of ancient origins as the seniority of Arabic civilizations.
A short story reached a high degree of maturity thanks to a group of pioneers like Zakaria Tamer in Syria and youcef Idris in Egypt and others.
The stories of “Kalila and Damna” are among the finest stories translated by Abdea lah ben El mokafaa which depicts the work and the conditions of people, but painted and transmitted to us on animal tongues, we have chosen the story of the dove, the fox and the sad king which embodies the character of the person who advises the others but he does not respect the advice and the reward of the individual who intervenes in what does not concern him.
