This paper discusses an important linguistic issue, represented in phenomenon of weakness of reading among the learners in different stages of education, and its consequences of results reflected negatively on the areas of education, management, information and scientific research, in this context comes the research to address several problems, including: Is the low level of education to linguistic factors only, or are there other reasons behind this phenomenon? and what is the relationship between weakness of readability and linguistic pollution in the social environment of the learner?
