This paper focuses on compiling the key terms of Principles of Jurisprudence and the reason of the differences that arise among scholars about these terms of similar or approximate connotations.

The term used in the area of Principles of Jurisprudence is central in understanding the principles since most of differences are primarily terminological such as polysemy, synonymy, overlapping, ambiguity, etc.

Multiple senses of the same meaning could weaken or strengthen the term.

Synonymy could confuse scholars of Principles of Jurisprudence in understanding a given term.

In fact, researchers may not find the intended meaning straightforward because of synonymous terms.

This can be resolved by investigating the reasons of multiplicity.

Every scholar looks at a different aspect of the meaning, but once these aspects are put together, one can fathom the intended meanings and objectives of the nomenclature.

This can show the aptitude of scholars in formulating the multiple senses of the same terms to consolidate the intended meaning.

Therefore, creating terms is not easy to pursue.

A scholar of Principles of Jurisprudence should select accurate and subtle terms in an attempt to unify all terms about Principles of Jurisprudence, particularly in the preliminary studies of the Principles of Jurisprudence to make the study of this discipline easy for beginners.
