The article aims to explain the concerns of modern Arabic linguists in dealing with transformational transformational theory, which was founded by the American scholar Chomsky, in order to identify the questions posed by those in the approach of the shadows of this theory in grammatical and rhetorical heritage, Among those who wanted to seek the rooting of this theory in the Arab heritage, in order to recognize the primacy of the Arabs as seen by Abdo Al-Rajhi, and another type tried to search for an explanation of the phenomenon of modern Arabic language, adopted by the thesis Fassi Fihri.

In the modern rhetorical lesson, interest in this theory, as well as rooting, was the renewal of Arab rhetoric and the search for solutions to its questions in theory and history.
