Abstract EN

The present study aims to respond Blasher on the idea that plagiarism phenomenon was already studied by the Arab critics.

Blasher was relied on passing the idea of the deficit split or choose between the original and the fake one.

Blasher concludes his view by proposing an opinion that concerned plagiarism phenomenon and comparing it to the size or the degree of reality in the pre-Islamic poetic heritage.

In doing this comparison, he illustrated that the poetic heritage and his Ummayad brother denotes to a linear and a temporal sequence that do not allow the reasons for the split.

Moving to the old Arab critics idea specifically Dhabi and their positions on Hammad al-Rawya who bears the results of the sebsequents Arab poetry from the fake.

In general, we find that the French Orientalist Blasher did not establish for himself a doctrine that entrenched his Orientalist philosophy as a model as it came to present the views of other Orientalists stopping at these limits that do not give way to add.
