Abstract EN

Knowledge creation is the most important process of knowledge management since its role is related to the survival, continuity and competitive advantage of organizations.

The process is based on several factors, including: the Hypertext organizational structure, the middle-up-down approach and Ba concept.

Hypertext organizational structure links between the efficiency and stability of the two organizational structures, the hierarchal bureaucratic structure and the task force structure (Team work).It centres his role in the process of creating knowledge through the presence of three main contexts, each context is different from another.

La création de connaissances est le processus le plus important de la gestion des connaissances, car son rôle est lié à la survie, à la continuité et à l'avantage concurrentiel des organisations.

Le processus repose sur plusieurs facteurs, notamment: la structure organisationnelle Hypertext, l’approche Administration centrale-supérieure-basse et le concept Ba.

La structure organisationnelle hypertexte établit un lien entre l'efficacité et la stabilité des deux structures organisationnelles, la structure bureaucratique hiérarchique et la structure du groupe de travail (travail en équipe).
