This study aims at determining, on the one hand, the characteristics of female entrepreneurship in Algiers, throughout the creation of the Small and Medium Enterprises sponsored by National Agency for support to youth employement.

On the other hand, it shows the obstacles that are facing Algerian women to create their enterprises, as well as their contribution to the creation of new job positions and their ability to absorb unemployment.This study, therefore, focuses on assessing the experience of some women entrepreneurs in Algeria

Cette étude a pour objet de déterminer d’une part les caractéristiques de l’entreprenariat féminin à travers la création des Petite et Moyennes Entreprises à la wilaya d’Alger soutenues par l'Agence nationale de soutien à l'emploi des jeunes, d’autre part de montrer les obstacles faces aux femmes algériennes à fin de créer ces entreprises, ainsi que leurs contribution à la création de nouveaux emplois et leur capacité d’absorber le chômage, en mettant en valeur les expériences de certaines femmes chefs d’entreprises en Algérie
