Abstract EN

This research aims to highlight the importance of the Magistrate legitimacy and the conditions that achieve security and stability in the conflict zones, the research problem in the lack of the subject sources and scattering of legal provisions on the subject of the paper in the folds of the books of fiqh which necessitated considering the various sources old and new for the collection of what can be collected sayings and provisions , the research aims to access rules to reconcile lead to end the sectarian and tribal conflicts in Sudan, especially the country.s Muslims in general, and the commitment of Muslims by those rules in the framework of the peace and treaties supports them to investigate stability in society, and use inductive and analytical descriptive drawing on the study of jurisprudence comparison between the four schools - Hanafi, Maliki and Shafi.i and Hanbali - with praise the performance of other contemporary imams, and the findings of the study that the peace is original in the Islamic regime, not war and recognized the muslim may not wish war or calling them and reform among the people something that belongs to all Muslims regardless of their shrines, and the the study recommended that there should be legislation that preserve the stability of society and the establishment of conciliation centers in the center and the states.
