Abstract EN

The paper tackles issue of accusing Ibn El – Qayyim by stealing El-suhaili,s grammatical intellects, impersonating and implicated them his book (badaa,a El-fawaaid) without referring that to El-suhili.

The paper explained with evidence that this accusation is not true.

I followed analytic descriptive curriculum in this paper .and then mentioned biography of El-suhili and Ibn El-Qayyim.

Descent date and place of birth and also place of death, the paper explained scientific value of two books (nata,ig El-fikr) written by El-suhili, and (badaa,a El-fawaaid) written by Ibn El-Qayyim, and their scientific antiquities to know value both of them.

There after I submitted and presented the issue and debated it in reasonable manner and respond to that accusation.

The paper came up with a number of important results which included that: those who accusing Ibn El-Qayyim Allah mercy him that he assumed what El-suhaili produced to himself, but they neglected and never mentioned that Ibn El-Qayyim declared El-suhihi,s name many times in many places devoting indicated to him all what he had quoted.

and there are many greater intellectual scientists who transmitted from El-suhili what had said, but were not criticed and accused and rumor reputation as Ibn El-Qayyim, and this means prejudiced against Ibn El-Qayyim, and he was intentionally accused.
