Tourism received great attention from both developed and developing countries.

Algeria is one of the countries that showed clear interest in the tourism sector and cultural tourism.

This was reflected in the organization of cultural events, most notably the Constantine Capital of Arab Culture 2015.

From this, our research aims to highlight the importance of organizing cultural events, especially in Algeria and to shed light on the capitals of Arab culture in general and the Constantine demonstration in particular, and it became clear through the results that the Constantine demonstration did not know the planned success due to the big difference between plans and implemented.
