Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the relationship between knowledge management and human resource performance in Algerian Telecom Tissemsilt.

Where the researcher used the analytical descriptive method.

Doing that through questionnaire as a tool for data collection.

This study concludes number of important results, the most important: There is a relationship with statistical significant between knowledge management and human performance in Algeria Telecom Tissemsilt.

Which reflects the great role of knowledge management through its processes (knowledge diagnosis, generation, storage, distribution and application) in enhancing the performance of the institution through upgrading a level of the human performance within it.
