The aim of this study is to determine the nature of the relationship between empowerment and the organizational citizenship behavior among employees of the two universities Constantine2 and Setif1.
Through the use of empowerment in its different components: organizational learning, organizational justice and organization of work.
In which these variables have an impact on enhancing the organizational citizenship behavior.
The study was based on the data collected from a sample of 161 employees.
The results showed the positive effect of empowerment on OCB.
