The aim of the study was to know the role of recreational sports activity in achieving mental health for the hearing impaired in Laghouat, so that the experimental method was used and the mental health scale was applied to the research group which is estimated to be 20 disabled persons from the school of the hearing impaired.

And the application of the measure of mental health, and the results showed that recreational sports activity has an important role in the development and achievement of mental health.
