Abstract EN

This research tackles the abstract nouns that mentioned in the Holy Quran which are uncommonly used in the current discourse that is not includes what the grammarians consider to be part of the noun but it is not, such as the adjectives, pronouns, and the adverbs.

The study, on one hand aims at drawing out the nouns, analyzing their formational structures which are represented in their sounds and syllables, and on the other hand, it points out the morphemes they consist of, besides their semantic functions and lexical connotation.

The study also mentions samples of where Arabs use the abstract nouns in poetry if found as well as the equivalent utterances in the contemporary discourse.

The study also tackles points out some issues that theoretically related to the topics to clear out the concept of nouns according to Arabic Language scholars and putting into consideration it is concept in the view of the recent scholars.

It also handles the morphological connotation and ends up with the most important findings.
