Abstract EN

The paper aimed to illustrates the artistic formation in the collection of poems "Heart and Experiences" by the poet Mohamed Ahmed Mahjoub through focusing only on one level of metaphor which is considered to be one of the prominent elements of artistic communication between the text and the listener as it offers a picture of imaginative area, evidences and proofs that are capable to convince and impact.

In terms of this metaphor, several artistic, stereoscopic and diagnostic formations were shaped to form all together the artistic image of poet’s status towards homeland, woman, and nature.

For the purpose of this paper, the descriptive-analytical method was used by the researcher.

The paper concludes with the fact that Mahjoub was emotionally romantic, in spite of that he played the role of hope that signs for the glories and heroism of the nation.

He loved freedom and struggled to attain it.

He inclined towards the descriptive, photographic language that is capable of inspiration and impact.

He was assisted by his winged imagination.
