Abstract EN

The objective of the study is to know the reality of using the teaching staff of Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University for the resources of open learning in teaching and the most important challenges they face using the descriptive method.

The study was applied to 358 faculty members.

The results showed that the use of faculty members at Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University (47.5%), but there is a tendency among teachers to encourage students to use open learning resources, which may be due to their sense of importance.

And the lack of scientific specialists "who are available to help in the process of continuous communication and follow-up when using open learning resources in addition to the pressures of academic work or administrative assignment.
