Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify characterizes of future’s teacher and his role entrusted to him towards his students and whole society according to total quality criteria, the researchers used several methods as survey method, historical method and comparison method.

One of the main findings of this research that: according to the total quality criteria a teacher must be characterize by exclusive faith to Allah firstly and lastly and conviction of the profession, safety senses, good appearance and health, fluency in talking.

Also must characterize by honesty, justice and fairness and avoids from bias, discrimination, and differentiate between students.

In addition to profession characterizes as keeping pace with technology and knowledge of the subjects and research methods and ways of teaching and knowledge of psychological and educational bases.

Also mental characterizes as intelligence, smart, general culture, readability, the strength of observation, physiognomy and contributing in reform the education system.

The role entrusted to him towards his students according to total quality criteria represented in educated them electronic and advised them with moral values as choosing best friends and sustain responsibility, trust, selflessness, modesty, justice, mercy and spirituality as repentance and reminder, also social values as consultation and exclusive faith to Allah, kindness to parents, communicating relatives, forgiveness and suppress anger, fulfill the covenants, as well as scientific values such as learning, seeking knowledge, liberating the mind from blind imitation, illusion and superstition.
