Abstract EN

This paper dealt with the conception of prohibition in prophet Mohammed “Pbuh” holy hadith, with reference to Muslim genuine collection of hadith.

The importance of the study of prohibition concept arises in the knowledge of “fikh” rules, which necesitates caution not only that but because all sharia” rules are contained within the order and prohibition,The target of this paper is to reveal the semantics of the prohibition conception in hadith, and to extract the stylistic and moral values.

Next is defined the prohibition semantic in the holy hadith with its two categories: meaning abandonment of the act, with both meaning, the direct one without an indication the context, which means the prohibition, and its syntax with the rhetorical meaning that can be attained through the context, indication, the conditions and the external circumstances.

It bears a variety of meanings such as guidance, advise ,hatred , and the other meaning that can be extracted from his hadith .In the practical study I reviewed some sample of each category .The paper is guided by the basis of the descriptive style which depends on description, analysis and practice.

The research concluded with the fact that the prophet “pbuh” used prohibition by its real meaning which the legal prohibition for issues that deal with the earthly and hereafter benefits of human beings and not only for the desire of prohibition or restriction or difficulty.
