The family is a civilizational container which combines essence and emotion of this nation.

The society can be volatile without family association and consistency for everything specially religion, behavior and ethics .

The family is more important for human groups and very major effect in the life of people .

The association family is an aim against vixenish attack of the western globalization which intends to circulation the western civilizational manner .

This civilization exploited national systems without ethics, such as United nation system through its several organizations.

It dictated its culture during charters documentations internationalism through national conventions against woman and child and family.

These charters and conventions which are associated with family are very serious for this nation, because they encourage refused and invalid things.

The purpose of this paper is to highlight the role of the Muslim family and its impact on these international conventions and conventions.

One of the most important findings of the paper is that the reference to international conventions is limited human thought, while the reference of the family in Islam is the source of Islamic legislation represented in the Holy Quran and Sunna.
