The thesis aims at exploring the Effectiveness of Application of Administrative Methods Innovation in Face of Job Stress with Secondary Stage Headmistresses in Taif City, the differences between the responses of sample individuals regarding the application of creativity methods, and the differences between the responses of sample individuals regarding the sources of work stress according to the study variables (work nature, specialty and experience).

To achieve the objective of the study a questionnaire of 49 statements has been written, verified and approved.

The tool has been applied to the study sample consisting of the administrators and vice administrators of Secondary Stage in Taif city (83 members).

The statistical methods applied: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, T- test The Results Showed the Following: 1) The application of administrative creation methods by the administrators of secondary stage in Taif is very high.

2) The work stress faced by the administrators of Secondary Stage in Taif city are generally intermediate.

3) There are no statistical significant differences among the responses of sample individuals regarding the application of the methods of Administrative Creativity by the administrators of Secondary Stage in Taif city because of the variables of work nature and specialty.

4) There are statistical significant differences among the responses of sample individuals regarding the application of the methods of Administrative Creativity by the administrators of Secondary Stage in Taif city because of the variable of experience - sample individuals of more experience (10 years or more) are better.

5) There are no statistical significant differences among the responses of sample individuals regarding the work stress facing the administrators of Secondary Stage in Taif city according to the study variations (work nature, specialty and experience).

6) There is a negative statistical correlative relation between the level of work stress faced by Secondary Stage administrators in Taif and the application of the methods of Administrative Creativity.
