Educational supervision is a comprehensive process including student and teacher curriculum and educational methods the path of self-development first then others around us.

And educational supervisor the leader of change and development in the field of education which is undoubtedly one of the most important elements of the development of the educational process.

In this paper we will discuss the components of the educational supervisor which requires that the supervisor be an educational leader with a high level of competence a broad culture a great deal of educational experience and personal qualities that qualify him for the task of leadership.

In the second chapter we address the competencies of the educational supervisor so that he can perform the tasks effectivelyefficiently and with a certain level of performance.

He must have a set of skills and competencies that are original contemporary and connected to the community.
