Classroom management is a skill that captures the attention of all teachers in all levels of education because of its ability to provide effective school environment which is characterized by the existence of obstacles, whether behavioral or organizational that face the educational process.

So, it has become imperative for the teacher as an administrator for classroom management to be proficient in many of the professional, administrative and scientific skills and able to understand the factors that determine the appropriate administrative behavior and a master of planning processes and identifing roles and understanding his students tendencies and aware of environmental, social and psychological conditions in which he works , because his lack of skills may lead to a breach of the educational process in the classroom.In fact, these skills can actually be acquired and learned like any other skills through the rogrammes of teacher's preparation and qualification as well as inservice training programs, where the training programs are prepared to contribute to improvine the level of the professional preformance in the classroom0 The study adopted a quasi-experimental approach in the design of the program and its implementation, which includes the concept of classroom management,its patterns and functions, as well as management skills of un acceptable among behavoer students, as well as the management of unaccepted behaviour by students and collective learning and recitations skills.

The study used a pre-post test, and an observation card to measure the performance of teachers to identify the effectiveness of the training program.

After its application and taking the test and the card observation and analysis of the data, the results showed that the program had a clear impact on improving the performance of teachers in classroom management skills.
