Abstract EN

The study aimed at investigating the instructional technological skills and the degree of their implementation by instructors working in the Higher Institute for Training and Rehabilitation of the teachers in Thamar Governorate at the Republic of Yemen.

The study sample consisted of all Instructors working in the Higher Institute for Training and Rehabilitation the Teachers Population which Consisted of (60) Instructors.

To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher designed a list of the most important technology skills which must be available and practiced by the instructors working in the Institute higher for Training and Rehabilitation of the teachers.

It consisted of (54) Instructional technological skills which were divided to seven domains.

The validity and reliability of the list of the technological skills were verified .

The findings of this study were as follows: 1- Two Instructional technological skills are possessed to a very high degree level by instructors working in the Higher Institute for Training and Rehabilitation the Teachers in Thamar Governorate, and (17) instructional technological skills are possessed to a high degree level, and (4) instructional technological skills are possessed to Middle degree level, and (28) instructional technological skill are possessed to a poor degree level, and (3) instructional technological skills are possessed to a very poor degree level.

2- (7) instructional technological skills are practiced to a high degree level by instructors working in the Higher Institute for Training and Rehabilitation the Teachers in Thamar Governorate.

(8) instructional technological skills are practiced to middle degree level, and (33) instructional technological skill are practiced to a poor degree level, and (6) instructional technological skills are practiced to a very poor degree level.

3- There is a statistically significant positive correlation (0.05=α) between the extent of the possession of the skills of Instructional Technological and the Extent of Practicing these skills by instructors working in the higher Institute for Training and Rehabilitation the Teachers in Thamar Governorate.

In the Light of the Study Results the Researcher Recommended to conduct more studies about availability of the technology instructional Skills and their implementation by instructors working in various institutes of training and rehabilitation the teachers.
