Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the most important rights of the female divorced orphans by studying the important roles of social care houses in facing their problems.

The results of the study showed that divorce rates are high.

The total divorce rate in Saudi Arabia in 1436H reached about 53604.

One of the main causes of divorce in the Kingdom is the haste towards taking decision of marriage without taking into account the educational, social and cultural background of the partner.

Among other reasons are the husbands’ desires in the financial support provided by the government to their wives and the different forms of exploitations and abuses.

The results of the study show that the most common problems facing the divorced orphans are the insufficient financial support, nursery, inappropriate housing and the issue of getting ID cards.

The study recommends establishing business projects for divorced orphans, providing special shelters or orphanages for them and their kids and providing all types of social, financial and educational support to them.
