Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the entrepreneurial intention of the Master students in Commercial sciences institute, And in order to achieve this study, a 100 questionnaires were distributed to a sample of Master students in Commercial sciences institute, Constantine University 2- « Abdelhamid Mehri ».

The study came up with a set of results, the most important ones are: *Many factors can influence the entrepreneurial intention , these factors vary from a model to other ; *There is a significant influence (at 5% level of significance.) of the tendency to entrepreneurship and the perceived behavioral control and the subjective norms on the entrepreneurial intention.
