Abstract EN

The Basel Convention on Banking Supervision has attached a great importance to the banking risk management process and considered it as one of the important axes for determining the solvency of banks and ensure their continuation.

And in order to adapt to global developments and to control the level of risk, developing countries have adopted risk management policies, including Algeria, which has taken monetary procedures and arrangements and enacted precautionary laws that would regulate the use of available financial resources in the commercial banks and reduce risks.
