The purpose of this study was to identify the reasons behind the dropout of students of gifted schools in Al-Faisaliah School for Boys and 128 school for Girls in Jeddah.
The researcher used the descriptive method with case study method.
The sample of the study consisted of (139) students (84) students from Al-Faisaliah and (55) students from 128 school.
The (SPSS) program was used for statistical operations.
The results of the research showed that the total mean of the rehabilitation services provided by the school administration to rehabilitate the teachers to limit the dropout process in both the Al Faisaliah School for gifted and the 128 School for gifted students came at a level of response (I agree), And that the total mean of the services provided by the school administration for the enrichment program to reduce the dropout process at both the Al-Faisaliah School for the gifted and the 128 School for gifted students came at a level of response (I agree).
There were also statistically significant differences between the responses of the participants in the study on the availability of rehabilitation services, And There were statistically significant differences between the average responses of the participants in the study about the availability of school services provided by the school administration for the enrichment program in favor of Al-Faisaliah School.
In light of the previous results, the researcher recommended that the Ministry of Education should select competent and qualified teachers, and to be insure of the interest of gifted School administration in renewing the enrichment programs in proportion to the abilities and tendencies of the gifted students and to employ graduates of talent and excellence and benefit from their experience in the design of enrichment programs.
