There is increasing interest in teaching Arabic to non- Arabic speakers, and for this purpose the programs are being developed and the conferences and symposiums are held.
The specialists in this field also work on diversifying the Evaluation methods and measurement.
Colleges and universities are no longer locked in classic tests of achievement, but interest is rather placed on new models of assessment as: Self-assessment, needs-assessment and calendar register.
With this diversity, the assessment scope has expanded to include various aspects of the student progress, even external ones.
In the present study, I will try to demonstrate the assessment quality and highlight the importance of one its pillar known as washbacks in its positive or negative impact that the test leaves in the elements of the educational process as a whole as few topics tackled on .
In this regard, I want to show the importance the factor of washbacks in building a good standard test in Arabic as other worldwide tests.
