It’s the international community itself that approved high legal rules, and agreed to work with, not contradict or violate, and even the adoption of penalties on the opposers, making those rules turning out later to universal principles, featured by their commanding character, like many of those principles, such as equality in sovereignty among states, peaceful or friendly settlement to conflicts between states, and so on, which ranged through the adoption of customary legal rules that took their place in the international arena, later through their codification, mandatory approve and the compliance obligatory, is the same the international community which did not stop during all that period of in attempting to violate, as well as trying to legitimize such violations, folding several nomenclatures which they wanted to be as a membrane concealing the illegal nature of what they were doing; from among what we'll cover in our research is the blatant violation which touched the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of States under many padded interventions and under several nomenclatures, such as the protection on the grounds of alleged claims such as human rights protection, those interventions that are proven failures later, leaving disastrous effects on the countries that were implemented on and also serious disasters on their population.
