In order to arrive at a higher model of a world in which one can feel comfortable and "live" in its fullness of mind, Husserl in his recent philosophy incorporates a new and fundamental concept in the history of European philosophy in particular and of human philosophy in general, Pre-science and pre-technical, from which all science and every civilization originated.

However, the disregard of the human world has been inflicted, according to Husserl, in a severe historical psychological crisis that can only be achieved by returning to the first concepts and principles of this world and establishing everything against it again.
