Real estate promotion activity is one of the most important activities of housing production and its finance.

It leads to diversity in housing and offers funding formulas to eliminate the housing crisis.

In 17/02/2011, the law 04/11 was devoted to governing the rules of the real estate promotion activity, after having several field experiments and legislative avancement accompanied with organizational rules.

It aims at finding a balance and adjusting the ties between the real estate developers to all persons involved in the process of real estate promotion as well as creating legal guarantees to preserve their rights without bypass or fraud.
