Abstract EN

One of the tasks assigned to the Monetary and Loan Board is to establish regulations, by persons presumed to be competent in the banking and financial field, and who exercise them in an independent and impartial fashion.

The rule is that a democratic state is supposed to achieve transparency and credibility on all decisions taken by its administrative organs, whatever their rank, and this can only be done by censoring its actions, since the Monetary and Loan board is independent, but still its regulatory decisions may be flawed by its Illegality, or its contrary to the objectives of public administration, Therefore it must be addressed by creating an effective tribal legal control system to monitor its integrity without affecting its independence.
