The Algerian legislator has regulated the right to revoke the donation pursuant to Article 211 of the Family Code, whose analysis shows that the Algerian legislator has not specified the procedures to be followed in case of dismissal, nor he did mention some cases of unnecessary donations that should not be reversed; Legal problems resulting from the inconsistency of the text in question and other legislation.
