this paper aimed at shed light on the role played by community actors in establishing the values of environmental culture among the society groups, starting from the family, which is the core of planting and refining any cultural behavior in the individual, as well as going into the different roles played by other social institutions , Civil society organizations, religious institutions, the media ...)in the formation of cultural frameworks and intellectual backgrounds for social relations with the environment.

Therefore, the study aims to focus attention on activating the role of these factors in the formation of the environment and the establishment of a culture awareness of the environmental issues and the requirements of preserving them, by including the environmental dimension in its programs and activities because of its impact on the behavior of individuals in society.
