Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the relationship of mental hardness to comply with the therapeutic in patients with diabetes, through research on the relationship between therapeutic compliance and the dimensions of psychological rigidity (commitment, challenge) control, and to verify the objectives of the study relied on the descriptive approach to isaligned with the nature of the study, included the study sample of 30 diabetic non-compliant treatment, where they applied psychological hardness for "Kubaza" scale and the scale of therapeutic compliance Françoi M .Mai after adjusting some items.

The coefficient of honesty and consistency of standards was also extracted and these transactions were acceptable.

After analyzing the data obtained after discharge of patient responses, the results of the study concluded that there is a significant correlation between therapeutic compliance and psychological rigidity and between the therapeutic compliance and the mental rigidity (control and challenge) of diabetic patients who are not compliant with treatment.
