Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to identify the level of the professional project selection among resident doctors at University Hospital in Tlemcen, and to design its tool.

The study sample consisted of 182 resident doctors, using the stratified random sample of this descriptive study consisted of 182 resident doctors.

The study results show that the level of the professional project selection among the most resident doctors is relatively normal.

And the tool items have good psychometric characteristics.
