After the independence of the country, the authorities adopted a national strategy of development inspired by the fundamental texts and devoting the rupture with the colonial inheritance and by mobilizing the material and human means for the benefit of the national community with the aim of improving the standard of living of citizens For this the socialist option was chosen based on planning.

However, we can see that this economic policy has proved its limits; its failure has been reflected at the local level and has resulted in protests, sit-in protests in front of the APC seats and road cuts… This is why it is imperative for the public authorities to take the necessary and urgent measures and to question the current management method and to implement good governance in terms of public spending.
